CRM can create and host a website for your business. Open Settings → Website Integration → Websites to see websites available under your plan, requests, and published sites. If Websites is not shown in your workspace, ask your account owner or CRM support about availability.
A CRM-hosted website is different from the Hosted Booking Page, which provides a booking link, and Native Website Booking, which adds CRM booking to a website you host yourself.

Request a website

1

Choose how to get your website

Use an available website included in your plan, or select Buy a website. Each separate purchase covers one website. An active CRM subscription is required to buy and use it.
2

Review the agreement and price

The account’s primary owner accepts the website terms before sending a request. For a separate purchase, accept the purchase agreement before Stripe Checkout; Stripe shows the final amount after any promotion before you pay. The request agreement is confirmed separately after payment. Read the displayed creation fee and early-exit terms if you use a plan-included website.
3

Send your brief

Describe what visitors should see and do. Add your existing site URL, style preferences, and up to five reference websites if helpful. Submit the request after your plan provides a website or your purchase is confirmed. The team starts creation after it accepts your request.
You can update the brief while the request is open. The request and its progress remain on the Websites page. If Stripe Checkout finished but the purchase still says it is processing, select Check purchase on the same page. Checking an existing checkout does not charge you again. If CRM cannot confirm the payment, contact support with your Checkout receipt before starting another purchase.

Review and launch your site

When a version is ready, open its preview from Websites. Select Approve this version or Request changes. Use History to read previous versions and messages with the team. After approval, you can connect a domain you own as the site’s permanent address:
  1. Select Check domain and enter the domain or full website address.
  2. Copy the DNS records displayed by CRM, such as TXT and CNAME records, to your domain provider. Follow the records shown for your specific address. An ownership TXT challenge expires after 48 hours; replace it in CRM if needed.
  3. Wait for CRM to check DNS and set up HTTPS. Select Check connection to run a check yourself.
  4. Open the connected address and test a booking before directing customers to it.
If CRM shows a separate A record for the root (@) address, follow its instructions. Do not change the root record until that A record appears. Connecting a www address does not necessarily connect the root address at the same time. To disconnect an address, select Remove domain in CRM. Then remove the CRM-related DNS records at your domain provider. The approved site remains in your workspace, while its demo address keeps its original expiration date. You can turn off new bookings without taking the website itself offline. Visitors can still view the site while bookings are paused.

Request changes after launch

Use Website changes to describe an update to an existing site. The team confirms its scope before using an included change from your billing period or offering a paid quote. The page shows your remaining included changes when your plan has them. For a paid change, review the quote and pay through Stripe Checkout. If payment is complete but the request still shows Awaiting payment, select Verify payment. A paid request may wait while another change is in progress. Corrections to a version currently under review stay in that review and do not use the separate change allowance.

Website rights and subscription

CRM hosting and your right to use the site require an active CRM subscription and a website included in your plan or bought separately. CRM owns the original design, code, and materials it creates for the site. You keep your domain, business data, logos, text, images, and other materials you provide. CRM does not deliver source code or a site export for independent hosting. Review the agreement shown for your request for the exact terms and fee. See Account & Billing before canceling a subscription or changing plans.
