Account & Billing is where you manage the commercial side of your workspace — your current plan, seat count, monthly usage limits, and subscription billing. Go to Settings → Account.

What you’ll see on this page

Plan status

The top of the page shows your current subscription state: The page also shows your plan expiry date, grace period end date (if applicable), and when your next billing cycle occurs.

Seat usage

Shows how many staff accounts are active in your workspace vs. the maximum allowed by your plan. When you approach the seat limit, you’ll see a warning here and on the Staff settings page. To add more seats: either remove an inactive staff member to free a slot, or upgrade to a plan with a higher seat limit.

Monthly usage

Some plan limits reset monthly: The account page shows how much of each limit you’ve used in the current billing period. If you approach a limit, consider upgrading before the end of the month to avoid disruption.

Modules and entitlements

The plan summary lists which product modules are enabled for your workspace (e.g., Orders, Leads, Calendar, Marketing) and which premium entitlements are included (e.g., AI Assistant, Booking Page). Features not included in your plan are either hidden or show an upgrade prompt.

Upgrading or changing your plan

Click Upgrade or Change Plan to see available plan options. Plans are offered on both monthly and annual terms — annual plans typically include a discount. After selecting a plan, you’re taken through a Stripe Checkout flow. Once payment is confirmed, your new plan activates immediately and all associated features become available.

Billing portal

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:
  • Update your payment method (credit card or bank account)
  • Download past invoices
  • View upcoming charges
  • Cancel or modify your subscription

Deleting your workspace

Account deletion is a guarded, permanent action.
Deleting your account permanently removes all workspace data — customers, vehicles, orders, quotes, leads, inventory, reports, and settings. This action cannot be undone. The deletion flow requires you to type DELETE and confirm multiple warnings before it proceeds. If you’re unsure, contact support first.
To delete the account, scroll to the bottom of the Account settings page and follow the deletion flow.

How billing is secured

Your subscription payments are processed by Stripe — the same secure processor used for customer payments. Your card details are never stored on our servers. See Payments & Card Security and Compliance for the full picture.
