User & Security contains personal account settings for the logged-in user — sign-in methods, password security, two-factor authentication, and calendar connections. These settings apply to your individual account, not to the entire workspace. Go to Settings → User & Security to access these options.

Sign-in methods

You can sign in with email and password. If your workspace has Google or Apple sign-in enabled, you can also continue with those providers from the login screen. During signup, Google or Apple can confirm your email address, but the CRM still asks for the business details the provider cannot supply reliably. Phone verification remains required before a new workspace is created. Existing email/password users can connect Google or Apple later. If the same email already belongs to a CRM account, sign in with email once so the CRM can safely link the provider to the existing account instead of creating a duplicate workspace.

Password

Change your password at any time from this page. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm. Password changes take effect immediately. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page instead — you’ll receive a reset email.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds a second layer of protection to your login. After entering your password, you’ll also need to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.
1

Set up 2FA

Click Set up two-factor authentication. A QR code appears on screen.
2

Scan with an authenticator app

Open Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or any TOTP-compatible authenticator app. Scan the QR code to add your CRM account.
3

Verify with a code

Enter the 6-digit code from the authenticator app to confirm the setup was successful.
4

Enable login protection

Once 2FA is configured, toggle on Require 2FA at login to enforce the second factor on every sign-in.
Save your 2FA backup codes in a secure location (password manager or printed copy). If you lose access to your authenticator app without backup codes, you’ll need to contact your workspace owner to recover access.

Calendar connections

Connect your personal calendar so CRM orders and events sync with your daily schedule.

Google Calendar

1

Connect Google Calendar

Click Connect Google Calendar and complete the Google OAuth flow. Grant the permissions the CRM requests — these allow it to read your existing events (as busy blocks) and write new events (for CRM orders assigned to you).
2

Verify the connection

After connecting, the page shows the connected Google account and connection status. If the connection is healthy, it shows Connected. If the token has expired or needs refresh, it shows Needs Reconnect — click to re-authorize.
Once connected:
  • Your Google Calendar events import to the CRM as external busy blocks (your team sees you’re occupied without seeing the event details)
  • Orders assigned to you can sync back to your Google Calendar

Apple Calendar (read-only)

For iPhone or Mac Calendar users, the CRM provides an .ics subscription link. This is a read-only feed — it shows your CRM orders and shifts in Apple Calendar but changes made in Apple Calendar don’t sync back to the CRM.
  1. Click Copy Apple Calendar Link to get the subscription URL
  2. In Apple Calendar, go to File → New Calendar Subscription
  3. Paste the URL and configure the refresh interval (every hour is recommended)
