When the AI receptionist answers your phone, you don’t lose visibility — every call is logged so you can see who called, what they wanted, and what the AI did. This is where you catch the booking you almost missed and follow up on the questions you couldn’t take live.

Where to find it

Open AI Calls in the main menu to see your call history, newest first.
The AI Calls screen showing a list of calls handled by the AI receptionist.

What each call shows

Select any call to open its full detail.

Linking calls to customers

When the caller’s number matches an existing customer, the call is linked to their record automatically, so it shows up in their history. New callers can be turned into customers or leads for follow-up.

Blocklist

If a number keeps calling that you don’t want the AI to engage (spam, a robocaller), you can add it to the blocklist in Settings → AI Assistant → Blocklist. The AI won’t answer those numbers.
Only your own team members with permission can view your AI call history — it’s part of your private workspace. For the full picture of how call information is handled and stored, see the Trust Center.
