Your booking page is a public-facing form customers can use to request services, choose a date and time, and submit their contact information — without calling you. You control everything: which services are available, how far in advance they can book, what happens when they submit, and how the page looks.

Online booking page — customers choose services, pick a time, and submit their details from a public URL.

How it works

Each workspace gets a unique booking URL:
When a customer submits the form, the CRM either creates a lead or a live order — your choice. You can embed the page on your own website using an <iframe>.

Booking page settings

Go to Settings → Online Booking to configure:

Availability settings

Slot duration is used when no service duration is specified. If the customer selects a service with an estimated duration, that duration takes precedence.

Submission behavior

Use Create Order if your business accepts all bookings without manual review — the job goes straight into your schedule. Use Create Lead if you want to review or quote first, or if your slots require confirmation.

Setting up services for online booking

Not all services need to be available online. You control exactly which ones appear and in what order.
1

Mark services as Bookable

Go to Settings → Services & Pricing (or from within the Booking page settings). Toggle each service you want customers to be able to select online to Bookable.
2

Set estimated durations

Each bookable service should have an Estimated Duration set. When a customer selects multiple services, the CRM adds the durations together to find slots long enough for the full job.Services without a duration use the default slot length.
3

Choose featured positions

Up to 8 services can be featured — highlighted at the top of the service selection screen. Drag and reorder them by featured position (1 = displayed first).Feature your most popular and clearest services. Customers booking online tend to pick from the first few options they see.

Embedding on your website

Once the booking page is enabled, you have two ways to share it: Direct link — share the booking URL directly in Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, email signature, or anywhere else. Embed code — copy the <iframe> code and paste it into your website’s HTML. The booking form loads directly on your website page with no visible CRM branding if you’ve disabled it.

CAPTCHA protection

The booking form includes Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA to prevent spam submissions. This happens automatically — customers complete the CAPTCHA as part of the form submission, and your CRM only receives verified submissions.

Booking page readiness checklist

Before sharing your booking URL, confirm:
The master toggle in Settings → Online Booking must be turned on.
Without bookable services, customers see an empty service list.
Duration is required for accurate slot availability calculation.
Default messages are generic. Personalized messages build confidence in the booking.
Decide whether submissions create orders or leads before going live.
These prevent customers from booking time slots that don’t work for your team.
Test the booking page yourself as a customer before sharing it publicly. Submit a test booking (set to “Create Lead” mode first) and confirm the confirmation message looks right and the lead appears in your CRM.
