How messages are sent
Text messages are sent through Twilio, an established messaging provider. When you send a reminder or a payment link, it travels through Twilio to your customer’s phone.

What customers may receive
Depending on what you turn on, a customer might get:- Booking confirmations — when an appointment is scheduled
- Reminders — before an upcoming appointment
- Payment links — a secure link to pay for a job
- Order updates — when a job’s status changes
- Review requests — a friendly ask for feedback after a completed job
Your responsibility: get consent
A simple, safe habit: ask customers if it’s okay to text them about their appointments when you collect their phone number, and note it.Opting out
