Your data is yours. This page explains what Auto Detailing CRM collects, where it’s kept, and the things you can do with it at any time.

What we collect

The CRM stores the information you need to run your business:
We collect this to make the product work — to schedule jobs, send reminders, take payments, and show you reports. We don’t sell your data.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure run by established providers. Every connection to it is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and the providers encrypt stored data at rest.

What you can do with your data

You stay in control. At any time you can:
  • View all of your records inside the CRM.
  • Edit any record to keep it accurate.
  • Export your data to CSV for bookkeeping, accounting, or your own backup.
  • Delete certain records directly in the app.
  • Contact support for account-level deletion if you want your account and its data removed.

Export any of your records to CSV — your data is always yours to take with you.

Deletion

When you remove a record in the app, it’s taken out of your active lists and reports so it no longer gets in your way day to day. For account-level deletion — removing your account and the business data tied to it — contact support@autodetailcrm.com and the team will handle it for you.
