Step 1: Log in as Admin
Use your Admin credentials. Admins can:- Configure business settings
- Manage services & pricing
- Connect Stripe
- Invite staff
- View Insights
Step 2: Create a Customer
- Go to Customers
- Click Add
- Enter:
- Name
- Phone (10–11 digits)
- Email (optional)
- Address (Google Map integration)
Step 3: Add Vehicle
- Open customer
- Add Vehicle
- Enter:
- Make
- Model
- Year
- VIN
- Plate
- Body Type (important for pricing)
Step 4: Create Quote
- Go to Quotes
- Add services
- Add multiple vehicles if needed
- Review pricing
- Save as Draft or Send
Step 5: Convert to Order
Open Quote → Convert to Order. Order supports:- Multiple vehicles
- Materials
- Custom services
- Taxes
- Tips
- Digital signature
Step 6: Mark as Done & Collect Payment
When job is completed:- Change status to Done
- Collect payment via:
- Stripe
- Payment Link
- Tap to Pay (iOS)
