Step 1: Log in as Admin

Use your Admin credentials. Admins can:
  • Configure business settings
  • Manage services & pricing
  • Connect Stripe
  • Invite staff
  • View Insights

Step 2: Create a Customer

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Click Add
  3. Enter:
    • Name
    • Phone (10–11 digits)
    • Email (optional)
    • Address (Google Map integration)
Save.

Step 3: Add Vehicle

  1. Open customer
  2. Add Vehicle
  3. Enter:
    • Make
    • Model
    • Year
    • VIN
    • Plate
    • Body Type (important for pricing)

Step 4: Create Quote

  1. Go to Quotes
  2. Add services
  3. Add multiple vehicles if needed
  4. Review pricing
  5. Save as Draft or Send

Step 5: Convert to Order

Open Quote → Convert to Order. Order supports:
  • Multiple vehicles
  • Materials
  • Custom services
  • Taxes
  • Tips
  • Digital signature

Step 6: Mark as Done & Collect Payment

When job is completed:
  • Change status to Done
  • Collect payment via:
    • Stripe
    • Payment Link
    • Tap to Pay (iOS)
Order automatically updates to Paid.
