# Website Integration

> Connect your website to the CRM for forms, WooCommerce, hosted online booking, and native website booking.

**Website Integration** is the single place to manage how your website sends leads and booking requests to Auto Detailing CRM.

Open **Settings → Website Integration** to see a credential-free overview of every available channel and its current status.

## How the section is organized

```text theme={null}
Website Integration
├── Website Leads
│   ├── Website Forms
│   └── WooCommerce
└── Online Booking
    ├── General
    ├── Services & Availability
    ├── Hosted Booking Page
    └── Native Website Booking
```

The two product areas have different outcomes:

| Area | Use it when | CRM outcome |
| - | - | - |
| **Website Forms** | A visitor submits an existing contact or quote-request form | Lead |
| **WooCommerce** | WooCommerce sends an order webhook | Lead |
| **Online Booking** | A customer selects services and an available time | Lead or order, based on your General settings |

<Info>
  A WooCommerce order is imported as a CRM **Lead**, not a CRM Order. Your team can qualify and convert it after it arrives.
</Info>

Online Booking service selection and publishing stay under **Website Integration**. Shared Business Hours, booking rules, capacity, resources, and date exceptions are managed separately under **Settings → Scheduling & Availability** and are also used by AI booking.

## Overview

The Overview shows connection health without exposing lead tokens, webhook secrets, or other credentials. Expand or collapse **Website Leads** and **Online Booking**, then select a row to open its workspace.

Possible states include **Connected**, **Not configured**, **Live**, **Paused**, **Pending DNS**, and **Needs attention**.

## Plans and permissions

Access is evaluated separately for each capability:

* **Website Leads** requires the Website Leads module.
* **General**, **Services & Availability**, and **Hosted Booking Page** require Online Booking.
* **Native Website Booking** requires Online Booking plus the separate Native Website Booking plan entitlement.
* Your role still controls whether you can view or edit each Settings workspace.
* Website Forms and WooCommerce credentials are shown only to the workspace owner.

This means a plan can include the hosted booking page without including Native Website Booking.
